Humanity’s sin has separated it from God. The only way to restore the relationship is forgiveness offered through Jesus Christ, making us right before God and leading us on a life-long journey to God. Through Christ, we can learn a better way to live and have a better life.
CORE DOCTRINEBaptism in the Holy Spirit
The Baptism in the Holy Spirit is a free gift for all believers that will give them strength to live life as witnesses of Jesus Christ.
CORE DOCTRINEDivine healing
Our Lord continues to heal today and it is vital that the church preach, teach, and practice this biblical truth. Scriptures command believers to pray in faith and trust God for the outcome.
CORE DOCTRINEThe Second Coming of Christ
Jesus will return, judge the world, and begin a time of eternal relationship with those who follow Him and eternal separation from those who choose not to follow.
The Scriptures Inspired
The Bible is completely inspired by God and serves as our authoritative guide for faith and practice.
The One True God
There is only One True God, known as the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and Holy Spirit.
The Deity of The Lord Jesus Christ
As God’s Son, Jesus is both completely man and completely God.
The Fall of Man
Humanity was created in the image of God. By a voluntary act of the will, Adam and Eve disobeyed God. That first sin began the process of physical death and spiritual death (separation from God).
The Ordinances of the Church
There are two ways found in the Bible that show our commitment to Christ, which we should absolutely follow: water baptism after salvation and participating in holy communion.
The Initial Physical Evidence of the Baptism in the Holy Spirit
The baptism of believers in the Holy Spirit is seen by the initial physical evidence of speaking with other languages (or tongues) as the Holy Spirit gives them utterance. The speaking in tongues in this instance is the same in essence as the gift of tongues, but different in purpose and use.
Sanctification is an act of separation from evil and of dedication to God. Believers can be sanctified by identifying with Christ in his death and resurrection, by faith, and by offering every thought continually to the dominion of the Holy Spirit.
The Church & its Mission
The Church is the body of Christ and has a three-fold purpose: to evangelize the world, to worship God, and to equip for ministry.
Leadership positions have been provided for the Church, by God, with a mission to evangelize the world, disciple followers of Christ, worship God, and provide Christlike works of compassion to all.
The Blessed Hope
Believers in Christ who have died, along with those who are still alive, will be taken to heaven until the Second Coming of Jesus.
The Millennial Reign of Christ
The second coming of Christ includes the rapture of the saints, which is our blessed hope, followed by the visible return of Christ with His saints to reign on earth for one thousand years.
The Final Judgement
There will be a final judgment in which the dead will be resurrected and judged according to their works. Everyone whose name is not found written in the Book of Life, along with the Devil and his angels, will be consigned to everlasting punishment in the lake of fire. Those whose names are written in the Book of Life will be resurrected and stand at the judgment seat of Christ to be rewarded for their good deeds.
The New Heavens & Earth
God will create a new Heaven and a new Earth where all believers will dwell for eternity.
